Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
